El respeto hacia el pr\u00f3jimo es una de las pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s importantes en el ambiente empresarial, tanto para el crecimiento de los colaboradores dentro de la empresa como para el buen funcionamiento del negocio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Buena parte de las empresas cuenta con un C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica y Conducta \u00fanico que se basa en la cultura de la empresa y que apunta a garantizar la seguridad, el respeto y el bienestar de los colaboradores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ese documento suele variar entre las corporaciones justamente para corresponder a los valores establecidos por cada una de ellas, pero hay muchos puntos convergentes entre la mayor\u00eda de esos manuales.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a1Veamos ahora cu\u00e1les son esos puntos y c\u00f3mo podemos hacer nuestra parte para garantizar el respeto y la colaboraci\u00f3n en el ambiente empresarial!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La comunicaci\u00f3n es la base<\/b><\/h2>\n

Es importante seguir algunos preceptos b\u00e1sicos para comunicarse con todas las personas en el ambiente de trabajo.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

En primer lugar, ten tacto al hablar con las personas<\/a> y evita ser muy incisivo. Busca tratar a todos a tu alrededor como te gustar\u00eda que te trataran a ti.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No humilles a ning\u00fan compa\u00f1ero de trabajo, independientemente de la jerarqu\u00eda que exista entre ustedes. Por m\u00e1s estresantes que puedan ser las situaciones profesionales, el mejor camino para resolverlas siempre es el de la educaci\u00f3n y el di\u00e1logo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, procura no hacer bromas que puedan poner inc\u00f3modo a tu compa\u00f1ero. Evita chistes fuera de contexto y tambi\u00e9n la creaci\u00f3n de apodos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Evita los chismes<\/b><\/h2>\n

Los chismes sobre compa\u00f1eros y situaciones de trabajo pueden generar problemas e incluso perjudicar la carrera de las personas involucradas, dependiendo de la proporci\u00f3n que lleguen a alcanzar los rumores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Si alguien est\u00e1 haciendo algo reprobable, conversa directamente con ese compa\u00f1ero o busca los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n de la empresa, como la secci\u00f3n de PQRSDF o el departamento de RR. HH.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Feedbacks respetuosos<\/b><\/h2>\n

Los feedbacks son la mejor forma de informar a compa\u00f1eros, l\u00edderes y colaboradores sobre sus puntos fuertes y los puntos que podr\u00edan mejorar. Hacer cr\u00edticas constructivas sobre la actuaci\u00f3n del otro es una manera de perfeccionar procesos y promover una convivencia basada en la confianza. Por eso, da feedbacks de modo educado y discreto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No olvides que los feedbacks positivos son sumamente importantes, pues fortalecen la confianza y el sentido de colectividad y pertenencia de todos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Respeta el espacio de trabajo del otro<\/b><\/h2>\n

Cada cual tiene su estilo de trabajo. Algunos prefieren conversar con los compa\u00f1eros de al lado, otros prefieren el silencio, algunos producen mejor con sus aud\u00edfonos puestos...\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Respeta el espacio de trabajo de cada uno. Evita imponer tu forma de trabajo sobre los dem\u00e1s para que el ambiente empresarial sea agradable para todos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuida la informaci\u00f3n que est\u00e9 a tu cargo<\/b><\/h2>\n

Respetar el C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica y Conducta tambi\u00e9n significa velar por la privacidad y la seguridad de la empresa, de los clientes y de las personas que trabajan contigo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Trata toda la informaci\u00f3n a la que tengas acceso durante el trabajo como sigilosa, a menos que est\u00e9 clasificada como p\u00fablica o que tengas autorizaci\u00f3n para compartirla. No divulgues informaci\u00f3n entre personas no autorizadas o por medios no seguros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, podr\u00eda parecer que no, pero comunicarse adecuadamente y no esparcir rumores con respecto a los dem\u00e1s compa\u00f1eros crea un ambiente m\u00e1s sano y, en consecuencia, m\u00e1s seguro para todos. Una esfera de trabajo con menos distracciones y desavenencias contribuye a un mayor grado de protecci\u00f3n de toda la informaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Conclusi\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n

Mantener una conducta \u00e9tica en el trabajo es esencial para el desarrollo de todos los profesionales. Para las empresas, orientar a sus colaboradores y poseer un c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica bien definido es esencial para alcanzar los resultados a los que apunta.<\/span><\/p>\n
